Where do you Ship?
We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (except weekends and holidays), depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary, most orders are delivered by Canada Post within 1-2 weeks.
How do I know if my order is processed?
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed.
How do I know if my order is shipped and Can I track my order?
Once your product has shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation email confirming the shipment of your parcel(s). The email includes a tracking information that you can check the status of your order.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Canada Post to send all our orders.
What if I am not home when my order is delivered?
If a Canada Post shipment cannot be delivered, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice card showing where the parcel can be picked up. Canada Post office holds the parcel for 15 calendar days.
What is your return policy?
All online items are final sale. We only exchange items that have operational or design defect within 7 business days of delivery. Please inspect the fixture thoroughly BEFORE installing it. We only exchange an item that has never been installed or modified (including cutting or clipping wires) and is in its original packaging.
Can I exchange an item?
We only exchange an item if it has an operational or manufacturer design defect.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped. To cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order has shipped, it is out of our hand and it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and you may also be charged for round trip shipping costs.
Can I get refund for delayed shipment?
We refund orders that are late 45 days since you ordered.
What if the items I received is damaged?
If you noticed any damage on the package or the product itself, please notate the damage on the bill of lading or receipt when you sign for the delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged. Please also inform us by email about the damage. We may need a picture of the damaged package to claim it from delivery company. Please do not install the defective item until you receive guidance from us. If the product itself appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Please notify us of refusal so we can follow up with the shipping company.
How can I return an item?
Before returning any item, please call us at 905-294-9191 or email us at email@example.com. We will send you a RETURN LABEL by email. Please print out the Return Label and tape it to outside of package that you are returning (remove the old label and barcode stickers). Take the package to the nearest carrier location to be delivered.
How long are light fixtures under warranty?
One year, the limited manufacturer warranty covers your light fixtures against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought your light fixture.
Sparkle Light does not offer guarantees nor warranty on any merchandise. All items are covered by one-year manufacturer’s warranty, Sparkle Light is not responsible for any costs relating to defective merchandise, including installation or Labour costs of the items.
Do you offer installation services?
Sparkle Light does not install any merchandise and cannot be responsible for installation.
Are your fixtures cUL or cETL rated?
All fixtures are cETL or cUL rated unless otherwise noted. The cETL or cUL marks are recognized by inspectors and authorities having jurisdiction as proof of product compliance throughout Canada.
Are bulbs included with the fixture?
Bulbs are not included unless otherwise noted.
