Return Policy

All items sold by Sparkle Light are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, ordering errors, size/style preference, colour/finish preference, or installation-related issues.

Defective Product Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product has an operational or manufacturing defect.

Defective product issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

If Sparkle Light approves a return or exchange because of a confirmed product defect, Sparkle Light will cover the approved return shipping cost.

Return Cost

For approved defective-product returns or exchanges, the return shipping cost is covered by Sparkle Light.

For non-defective products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, so no customer-paid return shipping option is available.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please notify us as soon as possible before installation. We will review the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, exchange, repair support, or another approved solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only by emailing:

Once an order has shipped:

  • It cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected.

  • Delivery refusals may result in loss of the product.

  • Customers may be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

Late Delivery Refunds

If an order has not been delivered within 45 days of the order date, a refund may be issued at Sparkle Light’s discretion.

Return Authorization Required

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization from Sparkle Light.

To request authorization, contact us first and include your order number, product details, photos if applicable, and a description of the issue.
