Return & Refund Policy
All items are final sale. Please inspect the fixture thoroughly BEFORE installing it. We only exchange items that have operational or design defects within 30 days.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives with visible damage, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only by emailing shoponline@sparklelight.ca.
Once an order has shipped:
- It cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected
- Delivery refusals may result in loss of the product
- Customers may be responsible for round-trip shipping costs
Late Delivery Refunds
If an order has not been delivered within 45 days of the order date, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Return Authorization
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
