All items are final sale. We only exchange items that have operational or design defect within 7 business days of delivery. Please inspect the fixture thoroughly BEFORE installing it. We only exchange an item that has never been installed or modified (including cutting or clipping wires) and is in its original packaging.
You can cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped. To cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com. Once an order has shipped, it is out of our hand and it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and you may also be charged for round trip shipping costs.
We refund orders that are late 45 days since you ordered.
If you noticed any damage on the package or the product itself, please notate the damage on the bill of lading or receipt when you sign for the delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged. Please also inform us by email about the damage. We may need a picture of the damaged package to claim it from delivery company. Please do not install the defective item until you receive guidance from us. If the product itself appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Please notify us of refusal so we can follow up with the shipping company.
Before returning any item, please call us at 905-294-9191 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a RETURN LABEL by email. Please print out the Return Label and tape it to outside of package that you are returning (remove the old label and barcode stickers). Take the package to the nearest Canada Post location to be delivered.
