Return Policy

All items are final sale. Please inspect the fixture thoroughly before installation, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering errors, or installation issues.

Exchanges are offered only in the rare event of an operational or manufacturing defect and must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

 

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with visible damage, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only by emailing shoponline@sparklelight.ca.

Once an order has shipped:

It cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected

Delivery refusals may result in loss of the product

Customers may be responsible for round-trip shipping costs

 

Late Delivery Refunds

If an order has not been delivered within 45 days of the order date, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

 

Return Authorization

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
