Shipping Policy

Online orders are processed within 3 to 5 days (except weekends and holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed. Once your product has shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation email.

Free shipping is available on online orders over $299 (before taxes):

• Shipping is limited to Ontario addresses only

• P.O. Boxes are not eligible for shipping

• Orders under $299 will be charged a shipping fee, calculated at checkout

• Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only

Sparkle Light does not ship outside Ontario or internationally.
