Shipping & Pickup Policy | Sparkle Light

Online orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation or pickup notification when your order is ready.

Free standard shipping is available only to addresses within Sparkle Light’s approved Ontario service area. Shipping eligibility is determined automatically at checkout based on the delivery postal code.

The estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, including 1–2 business days for handling and 3–5 business days for transit.

Customers outside our approved shipping area may still order online and select free pickup from our Markham showroom.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
