Shipping Policy

Online orders are generally shipped or prepared for local delivery on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. A shipping confirmation or delivery update will be sent when your order is ready.

Free local delivery is available for eligible addresses within our designated Local Delivery Area. Eligibility is determined automatically at checkout based on the shipping postal code entered.

Orders shipping to Ontario addresses outside the Local Delivery Area are subject to a flat shipping fee of $14.99.

Shipping and local delivery are available for online orders only.

We ship within Ontario only and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping rates apply to standard ground shipping only.
